The widest scope in a single report.
Evaluates sports, health and skin topics together and includes selected cancer predisposition and drug response variants as well as ancestry analysis; these sections are not a clinical screening or diagnostic test. Comes with a technical summary and a consultation session.

About this package
GEN’s UP is for adults who want the broadest coverage in a single report. In addition to all sports, health and skin topics, it includes selected cancer predisposition variants, variants associated with drug response (pharmacogenetics) and ancestry analysis.
What is analyzed?
- Sports: variants associated with muscle structure, power–endurance tendency, recovery, metabolic response, injury predisposition
- Health: metabolic predispositions, nutrition response, sleep and stress, vitamin–mineral tendencies
- Skin: collagen structure, oxidative stress, moisture balance, aging tendencies
- Selected cancer predisposition variants
- Selected variants associated with drug response
- Ancestry: population distribution and ancestry proportions
Important information about the cancer predisposition and drug response sections
- These sections are not clinical screening or diagnostic tests. Genes such as BRCA1/BRCA2 are not fully sequenced; only selected variants on the chip are examined.
- A negative result does not mean you have no cancer risk. If you have a family history, consult your doctor or a genetic counselor regardless of the result.
- The microarray method can give false-positive results for rare variants. Any finding that may be clinically important requires a confirmation test on a new sample and assessment by a doctor or genetic counselor.
- Do not start, stop or change any medication based on drug response findings without consulting your doctor.
What is not analyzed?
- Whole genome or whole exome sequencing is not performed; diagnostic testing for hereditary diseases and carrier analysis are not within the scope of this package.
- The test does not measure your muscle fiber ratio; it does not determine which sport suits you or your level of success.
- Vitamin–mineral levels are not measured; these levels are determined by blood tests.
How can you use the results?
You can pass the technical summary included in the package on to your physician. Review sports and skin findings with the relevant specialist, and always review health, cancer predisposition and drug response findings with your doctor.
Method and limits
Your sample is analyzed using the DNA microarray method in a genetic diagnostic laboratory licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health; this method does not sequence the whole genome, it reads selected variants, and some variants are statistically estimated using a reference panel (imputation). Every finding is given a strong, moderate or limited evidence level; details are on the Science & Safety page.
Process and what the price includes
- Sample: cheek swab; the kit is delivered to your address and you take the sample at home in about 5 minutes.
- Report time: 18–21 business days after the sample reaches the laboratory.
- Included in the price: Digital report + consultation session + technical summary for your physician.
- Your genetic data is protected as special category personal data under KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).
How it differs from other packages
In addition to all topics in the Sports, Skin & Health package, it includes selected cancer predisposition and drug response variants, ancestry analysis and a technical summary for your physician. Details are on the comparison page.

The kit is delivered to your address; you take the swab yourself and send it to the laboratory using the sample return package.
The sample is genotyped with a DNA microarray in a licensed genetic diagnostic laboratory.
The findings are linked to the scientific literature, and each one is assigned an evidence level.
You receive a plain-language report (English or Turkish) with actionable guidance and an expert note.
