About this package
The Sports, Skin & Health Analysis Package is for adults who want to see performance, preventive health and skin care in the same report. All the topics in the sports, health and skin packages come together in a single report.
What is examined?
- Sports: variants associated with muscle structure, power–endurance tendency, recovery, metabolic response, injury predisposition
- Health: metabolic predispositions, nutrition response, sleep and stress, vitamin–mineral tendencies
- Skin: collagen structure, oxidative stress, moisture balance, ageing tendencies
What is not examined?
- The test does not measure your muscle fibre proportion; it does not determine which sport you are suited to or your level of success.
- The report does not make a diagnosis or predict disease; it does not measure vitamin–mineral levels (these levels are determined by a blood test).
- Selected cancer predisposition variants, drug response (pharmacogenetics) variants and ancestry analysis are not included in this package.
How can you use the results?
You can share the findings with the relevant professional: sports findings with your coach, health findings with your physician, and skin findings with your dermatologist if needed. Do not make decisions about supplements, medication or treatment based on the report alone.
Method and limits
Your sample is analysed using the DNA microarray method at a genetic diagnostic laboratory licensed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye; this method does not sequence the whole genome, it reads selected variants, and some variants are statistically estimated using a reference panel (imputation). Each finding is assigned a strong, moderate or limited evidence level; details are on the Science & Safety page.
Process and what's included in the price
- Sample: cheek swab; the kit is delivered to your address and you collect the sample at home in about 5 minutes.
- Report time: 18–21 business days after the sample reaches the laboratory.
- Included in the price: Digital report + consultation session.
- Your genetic data is protected as special category personal data under KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).
